Brett will cover the Retention strategy that Frucor put in place to reduce the turnover of their sales force. He will review the key areas of retention and some of the key steps that needed to be taken, from looking at the reasons people leave to the reasons people stay (and they are not all financial!). Some of the ideas and actions will look familiar but the majority of the presentation will focus on the innovative and slightly different approaches undertaken.

Brett has been in sales for over 15 years, starting out as a Sales Rep for Lever Rexona (Unilever) in the early 90's. From there Brett has worked primarily in FMCG and Breweries at various levels. Brett is currently the National Sales Manager - Route for Frucor Beverages, the 2nd largest Beverage manufacturer in NZ, with brands including V, Mizone, h2go, Just Juice, Fresh Up, McCoy and Pepsi. He has a sales force of over 60 staff with around 2/3rds in the field as representatives.
