Alastair joined Alfa Laval as an area sales manager based in Hamilton and in less than five years had been promoted to international service manager based in Sweden. During this time he restructured Alfa Laval's international agricultural selling service program and coordinated reporting from 6 regional managers and 35 service company managers worldwide.Alastair returned to New Zealand and successfully developed a food distribution business, increasing turnover by 321% in just two years. He then established and built up a consulting business that successfully developed, facilitated and implemented strategic and operational business plans and performance management processes.
