 Denis Orme, in senior management roles, has started up 22 businesses and repositioned large businesses [including Fortune 500 operating companies] both in the USA and in New Zealand. As Performance Leader of the Leadership Success Institute in the US, he was recruited by startup businesses through to Fortune 500 companies to analyse operations, develop and implement change management strategies, and return organisations to sustainable profitable long-term growth.His work gave rise to his book Lessons From Leadership Failures: The Greenfileds Approach. His new book, The Impassioned Leader, was released before Christmas. Denis is President of the Turnaround Management Association, and is currently CEO of Bartercard New Zealand Ltd.
