We'd like to thank New York University for having used this publication as a text book as well as the other institutions of higher learning that use it for instructional purposes. This book extensively describes how to use e-mail in dozens of business situations and environments. Bulk e-mail marketing is also discussed but to a significantly lesser extent.
Because it's printed frequently, and printed in smaller amounts, the publisher is able to update the book roughly every 3 months. It's more-than-likely the most current book of it's type, no matter when you get it (as most other books are 4 to 12 months old before they even hit the bookstore.) This publication also discusses in detail the activities of Electronic Account Executives & Electronic Customer Service Representatives. It's an excellent guide to the Internet for those with limited or more e-mail experience. It also has several large reference tables and a massive glossary. All of the roughly 300 Web addresses in the book are on the book's free Web site for easier access (compared to typing in the Web addresses of the sites you want to look at.)
This book's pages are large in size, 8 by 11 inches. The extra large size of this book's pages mean that substantially more information is on each page of this book as compared to most other books.
